Details about my Bar Mitzvah Celebration

Unfortunately, as you all are aware, there is an ongoing COVID surge.  Due to these circumstances, there are a few requirements we need to put into place to best assure everyone's safety at the party.  All guests, even vaccinated, will be required to have a COVID PCR test within 3 days of the Bar Mitzvah.  To that end, we arranged for a lab to provide sputum-PCR tests at our house (3825 Illona Lane, Oceanside) on Thursday, March 31.  Please stop by anytime between 9am and 4:30pm to provide a saline sample (not a nasal swab).  At 5:00pm (firm) all of the tests will be shipped to a lab for immediate testing.  The lab will return the results to everyone by Friday evening.  If you wish to sign up for the test, you must do so by March 25.  In order to sign up, please click on the following link https://labform.sovereign.health/  You will need to enter Caine into the Events field when you submit the form.  Each person being tested will need their own form.  The test will be billed through your own insurance and you will not incur any out-of-pocket expense.  Please make sure not to eat or drink anything 30 mins prior to the test, or the test may be invalid.  

For anyone not doing the sputum-PCR test detailed above, we will still require a negative PCR test (not a rapid test) by April 1, so please plan accordingly.  Test results should be emailed to Melissa at mbgc44@hotmail.com.  We ask that you get testing from an official testing location rather than using an "at home" test.  In addition, for everyone's safety, if you are feeling ill on the day of the party, please do not attend and text Melissa at 516-633-3088 as soon as possible.   K*Pacho will not allow anyone inside the building without a confirmed negative COVID test result.
